magical views and elegant decor
The amazing views from the beautiful double room. The elegant decor throughout the hotel gave it a sophisticated touch that complemented the beautiful surroundings. The staff's warm hospitality added to the charm. We were particularly fond of the garden view, serene and added an extra layer of tranquility to our experience.
The access to some areas could be improved for better convenience.

It has marvellous, particularly good setting, not far from the centre as well as the restaurant. Again, the hotel is 2 miles from a Buddhist temple. The property offers a great selection of food that was delicious.

A tranquil getaway in the hills
Waking up to the sound of chirping birds and enjoying the fine garden view was lovely. The warm hospitality of the staff.
The hot water was only sufficient for one shower, a bit disappointing. The dining prices felt steep for two.

The spacious areas were inviting and accessible.
We faced significant issues . The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard. The food prices were exorbitant. We paid far more than we expected without justification for the quality. To top it off, the staff seemed detached rather than cute.

would definitely come back here
Super spacious junior suite with a comfy sofa and a fine view of the hills. Loved the elegant decor and the privacy it offers. The dining area serves delicious food, including amazing Sri Lankan curries. Staff provided really good service, especially Sarath, our driver were really nice during a storm. The ambiance is perfect for a chill getaway.

We loved exploring nearby attractions like the botanical gardens and the temple in town. The tree-lined paths around the hotel made for perfect strolls. The staff was really helpful. Highly recommend upgrading for better views.
The hot water was a letdown, as it didn't last long enough for more than one shower.

The views from the beautiful double room took my breath away. Large windows framed the landscape beautifully. The décor in the room reflected a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, which I found both inviting and comforting. I appreciated the ample space allowing for relaxation after a day's adventures. The restaurant area was good, especially for an evening drink while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. Hot water in the shower was a downside. It didn't last long enough for two showers in a row. Food prices felt a bit steep, exceeding £100 for dinner for two. Thankfully, the quality was high, but it left me feeling like a bit of moderation could enhance the experience.
